SHIPPING: METHODS, TIMES AND COSTS.
Method: TuningBike entrusts its shipments only to Express Couriers.
The express courier delivers during the working day according to its availability. In case of absence, a notice will be left with which the express courier can be contacted (a second delivery attempt will still be made).
It is recommended to indicate a delivery location where there is someone to receive the shipment.
Times and Costs: even without registration, at the time of purchase, it is possible to view and choose the shipping method and therefore check the cost.
Delivery times in Italy are approximately 24 or 48 hours from the departure of the goods from our warehouse. The order will be sent when all the ordered products are available. In case of further needs (e.g. if some product is urgent or for shipments of individual orders) it will be possible to arrange special shipments, for each of which additional shipping costs will be charged.
The shipping cost varies depending on the destination and the size of the products included in the order:
• Italy: the shipping cost for that product is visible in the tab for each product.
The total shipping cost is also immediately visible in the cart.
Shipping costs are only one for each order. For the purchase of multiple products, the shipping costs of each individual product do not add up, but the shipping cost is unique and relating to the largest product.
• Outside Italy: shipping costs can be consulted in the country tab, or simply by placing a product in the cart.
In Europe an express courier is used, outside the EU economic shipments are used which range from 5 days to 21 days for delivery, depending on the location. If you want a courier with shorter delivery times you can request a quote by doing so. present in the notes field when ordering.
It is possible to ship all over the world: for some countries or for particularly large shipments the amount will be communicated before payment.
